We are holding our Annual General Meeting on the 8th of September 2022 at the Uralla GOLF Club, starting at 5.30pm. (Note the change of venue for this month) This meeting will be a dinner meeting, Dinner will be approx 6.30pm and September monthly meeting will be approx 7-7.30pm approx at the Golf Club. Nominations are called for the positions of:
President,
Vice-President,
Secretary,
Treasurer,
and 4 general committee members.
We would love to see all you proactive doers out there join us on our committee! It’s been another interesting year for us all here in Uralla. We do have ideas for the coming year, and look forward to seeing how it shapes up with your help. Remember, together we have a stronger voice and access to more information on assistance as needed. We can also support each other as a group.
Remember, to be on the committee in any position, and, in order to vote for someone to be on the committee, you need to be a FULL MEMBER of the Uralla Shire Business Chamber. (Membership application requirements and form can be found here then please drop in to Teresa at Thunder Graphics, either together with your $100 membership fee, or follow the instructions on the form to deposit your fee into our bank account – IMPORTANT – please remember to put your name in the reference so we know who the payment is from!) **Please note membership is now due for all members, members need to be current and up to date before the AGM to nominate for committee or to vote on anything raised at any meeting).

This form is only to be submitted by financial full (business) members of the Chamber, so please also complete your membership form (also below) and send to us, or bring along with you before 5.30pm on the 8th of September, with your membership fee.
Also below is a link to a deed of confidentiality to be completed between successful board directors and the Chamber. If you are nominating for a position on the board, please print this out, complete your part and bring along with you to the AGM.
Also included is the relevant excerpt out of our constitution on the Election of the Board, along with some guidelines for each director’s position and role.
And lastly, below is a link to the membership form for those who have not as yet applied to join as members. You will need to complete the form and email to membership(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)urallabusinesschamber.org.au and pay your fees either directly into our bank account (details on the form) or in person to Teresa French at Thunder Graphics, 84 Bridge St before 5pm on the 8th of September if you wish to nominate for a position on the board or vote on anything.
After the AGM and dinner we will be going straight into our Monthly General meeting at 7pm (approx)
