Thank you Uralla Shire for an Awesome Awards Night!
Well, it’s done and dusted! Thank you to everyone who voted, everyone who helped organise the event, the team at McCrossin’s Mill for the beautiful venue, and the fantastic catering that left us all full as googs, to Ben and staff from New England Brewing Co for handling the bar and looking after the drinks, to Merilba Wines for the Wine, WhyWorry Wines for the bubbles, Foodworks for the softdrinks, water and oj.
Thank you to Adam Marshall and Mick Pearce for presenting the awards, and to our wonderful sponsors, NSW Business Chamber, Iain Mackintosh from IMACKA Property, Tara Toomey from Seasons of New England, and Charlie Rudd from Phoenix Foundry for sponsoring the winners’ awards (and sorry for my stuffup – next year it will be more organised!)
Thank you to Sonia Repin of Highland Living for the prizes for the winners, to John Buckingham of Timepiece Repairs for the beautiful watches, Howards Electrical and Corinne and Richard from Sunhill Dairy Goats for the 2nd place prizes and to Tara Toomey – the Humble Cook, TuckIn Takeaway and Thunder Graphics/Defence Models for the 3rd place prizes.
Thank you to our fabulous team from the Chamber who prepared for and setup the event and venue, Corinne, Sonia, Bob, Macka, Tara, Russ and John. And a particularly mushy sloppy kiss for my dear hubby Russ for being the MC on the night and doing a brilliant job, as always, at it!
And Lastly, a very big thank you to all the finalists for being the fabulous customer service stars that you are – without you the event would not have been the success that it was!
It was a sell-out event, we filled the Mill to capacity and had a terrific night! It was fabulous to see such a good looking crowd there to enjoy themselves and to celebrate Uralla’s star performers in Customer Service.
